Shield Company was founded in 1992. Its first products include high purity solvents for HPLC and pyridine -free Karl-Fischer reagents. Until today, Shield still is famous specialty chemical reagents manufacture in China.
Shield undertook a national key technologies R＆D programme during 1999-2001 and found out the technologies of preparation of neodecanoic acid (shina) / vinyl neodecanoate(shivena) /glycidyl neodecanoate (shigena).
In 2008, production lines had been establihed and Shield could supply 60,000mt/y shina, 60,000mt/y shivena and 10,000mt/y shigena, which broke the monopoly of thes products.
Since then, these products have been sold to more than 40 countries , their high and stable qualities are appreciated by customers, also our service.
